Just to let you know that I accessed Audi erwin last week using Internet Explorer 11!
I do find the system hard to navigate, but think that's Audi's system and nothing to do with what version of Internet Explorer I'm using.

I have followed the procedures outlined in this guide and have e-mailed the relevant information to the address given (sbocal1@jaguarlandrover.com) in the guide, but have received no reply. I have also re-sent my e-mail, this time asking for a 'read receipt' but again have received nothing back. Do you please have an alternative e-mail address so that we can complete our registration as we must enter the details of the Jaguar service that we carried out last week before the access deadline expires.

Coincidentally about 10 minutes after me e-mail conformation that you'd repleid to me on here arriced, I received confirmation from Jaguar that we were now all set up as we should be...

The e mail address (sbocal1@jaguarlandrover.com) This is the only current contact information that we have for this stage. I have been told by other members that the response is not always immediate and can take some time. Please bear with it and I am sure you will get a response soon. Please let me know if I can be any further help.

Hi Gordon.
Unfortunately I use this system infrequently but today I have successfully logged on to record a service that we have carried out on a customers Jaguar, and although I can see the service history of the car, I can see no way of entering a new record. (THe notes I made last time I used the sstem state: click on spanner at bottom of page to add a new record, I see no spanner!)
As you have explained in your reply below, JLR have updated the dashboard and I'm guessing that this was since my last visit. If you could explain please what I have to do I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance
Alastair

Hello,

JLR have updated the site dashboard. But in principle the operation is very similar.
If you completed the registration process to gain access to Topix this is the first stage to gaining access to OSH. Once registration is complete and user names and passwords are confirmed, If you then follow the second stage laid out in the PDF guide called Validation this will then allow you to be able to see the OSH button and access the OSH system. This second stage can take 2 weeks to get a reply and access authorized.

Access to OSH is Free.

I hope this helps.

Hi Gordon,
Sorry, this was obviously a browser settings issue, I heve re-accessed topix using 'Chrome' instead of 'Internet Explorer' and now the spanner is visible.
Good old Microsoft strike again!

Lexus Digital Service Records

Today we have a 64 plate Lexus in for service which the owner insists does not have a paper service record book. He has previously had the car serviced by his dealer and he says that they have shown him a print out of his digital service record (this could of course just be a record of the services carried out for him by the dealership).
I have registered ourselves onto the Lexus system, but this appears only to allow me access to certain repair information, nothing for the DSR.
Can it be confirmed please that Lexus do have a DSR system, and if so, can Independent Garages access this to add new records (and how do we do this)?
I look forward to an answer!
