Call from a member with a C3 non runner with a flat battery (only 6 volts showing). The battery was replaced but the engine would not crank and the display was showing "Eco mode". It appeared that the BSI unit would not wake up, If you get one with the same symptoms try the following as it worked in this case................

Switch on the ignition.
Press and hold on the foot brake for up to 2 minutes, if it wakes the BSI unit the "Eco" display will clear and the engine should start.
