Welcome to the IGA Technical & Bodyshop Forum.
My name is Kurt Hudson and I am the Service Operations Team Leader within the RMI. I am responsible for the day to day running of the IGA (Blackburn) office where all Membership enquiries arrive, ranging from technical, general, legal, HR support to invoice queries. The Blackburn office is also responsible for conducting all the Membership courtesy calls, it is a one stop shop for all Members!
I have worked within the Motor Trade for 6 years now and started off as an MVRA administrator (prior to the RMI acquiring the business). I have a good understanding of all departments within the RMI and could be described as ‘’trouble shooter’’ for the office staff having managed members expectation and dealt with day to day queries over the last 6 years. Going further back i have also worked in customer service for 6 years whilst studying and also spent 1 year as a Recruitment and Training Officer.
My field related background is: Mechanical Engineer by trade (NVQ, City & Guilds) I have also attained a Bsc Hons degree (1st class)
For those of you who did not know: The Blackburn office is also the home to the Technical Engineers who will be supporting the Technical Forum on a day to day basis. We see this as a huge benefit to all IGA and NAB members utilising this service and we really hope you do too.
