Hi TDL AUTOS Ltd,
I know this is an old post just answering some of the older questions to assist new/old members in case a similar query appears!
So i'm going off a 2012 Renault clio IV 0.9 TCe
The heater blower is located above the cabin filter, see image attached.
Hope this helps anyone with similar issues.
