we had a customer drive on our forecourt today said the car was booked for MOT by NIck we said we had no booking but did have vacancy to do test if she wanted she left car for test but when told it had failed refused to pay said we had scammed her & got quite aggressive after trying to reason with her we eventually released the car without payment
