I have an 04 Berlingo diesel which has a judder at around 1700rpm, noticeable more in 3rd, 4th, 5th gear. No fault codes. Once through this rev area it doesn't judder and runs fine. It also takes 5 or 10 secs turning the key for it to start. Have tried fitting a new fuel filter; tried disconnecting fuel pressure sensor; tried Redex fuel cleaner.

To update, disconnect fuel pressure sensor does cure the juddering problem but e/m light is on and runs in limp mode, only going to around 2500rpm. Bought a new fuel pressure sensor but plugged in is back to judder around 1700rpm. Have had auto electrician out and wiring is all good and he can't find fix the problem. Internet search reveals this is quite a common problem and could be software update, injectors.

Car has been at Citroen dealer for 6 weeks and they still haven't located the problem. Any ideas?
