Mazda Digital Service Records can be accessed as below and we have produced a “How To” guide for updating the Digital Service Record. Registered Users of the forum can go to the “Downloads” sub-forum to access a copy of the document.

To register you need to select ‘Independent Operator Information’ in the lower centre of the screen then when the next page opens select the registration tab and follow the instructions from there.
Access to Mazda Digital Service Records is a 2-stage process. You will need to register for access to the Mazda Europe Technical Portal at the URL above and you will additionally have to contact Mazda UK for access to Digital Service Records by emailing mmukassistance@mazdaeur.com . If you do not contact Mazda UK to enable access, the DSR will not be visible to your login
The information in this post is correct at the time of publication and to the best of our knowledge. Look like the site has been down for maintenance over the weekend. If it does not come back live it may be best to contact Mazda directly for verification on 01322 622600.

Go to www.mazdadsr.co.uk Then select Independent Operator Information. Register your details. You then need to fax a headed letter with your registered email to 01892 501211. They will then 'switch on' the digital service records.

Thanks for posting this advice sid, it looks now like the verification is done by e-mail and not fax.
(If only I'd have scrolled down & saw this before ringing the RMI at explaining that their advice did not work, & the website address wasn't valid!)
