Latest versions of Audi, Skoda and Volkswagen 'How to guides' are now available in the downloads section.

Major changes include the removal of the 'flat rate fee' - access is now free - please see guides for more detail.

Registered Users of the forum can go to the 'Downloads' sub-forum to access a copy of the document.

The same procedure applies to Seat, Skoda, VW and Bentley models with digital service records.

PLEASE SEE DOWNLOADS SECTION FOR LATEST GUIDE (as of 07/10/2017).

As always, please contact us on 0845 305 4230 if you experience any problems - and post a response in this thread if you can add anything to help other Independent Garages using the system.

Hi All,

We have had several calls recently from Members who have been experiencing difficulties in updating Digital Service Records for the VAG range.

It has been pointed out that the system is very critical in respect of the web browser being used and we have been advised to use Internet Explorer version 8 or older as the system will not work on Internet Explorer 9 (or newer) and will not work correctly on Google Chrome along with some other web browsers.

Updated procedures are now available to view in the Download section of the forum which is only accessible to registered users.

System requirement guide attached which is applicable to the Audi ERWIN system and may apply to other VAG ERWIN systems

Hi, we have now registered for erwin and I have just tried, without success to update the service records for a customers Audi.
Would it be possible for someone to walk me through the process please as I became stuck at the first hurdle!
The car in question has only ahd a Delivery inspection so far, but when I tried to register the new service information I was told that my information was incorrect (but didn't specify why!)
If someone can help me please, I would appreciate it.

I have managed to resolve my issues in the above post about updating Audi Digital Service Records, thanks to an e-mail from the erwin help team.
I now have another question which is: Do we have to register separately with each on the VAG makes (VW< Seat, etc.) or should we be able to access information about any VAG vehicle using the Audi erwin system?
I tried to obtain a SEAT wiring diagram yesterday, but when I entered the VIN from the car the system didn't recognise it.

Hi, Yes you need to register for each manufacturer site in the VAG range.

As for VIN make sure you put any '0' as a zero and not the letter 'O'

Good luck
