Hello,
Just replying to old messages so that there are answers to questions to help old/new members if they have had a similar issue!
So having looked into the issue, the reoccurring thing that keeps coming up is the unsatisfactory design of the clutch pressure plate. Assuming this has been changed I would advise checking these other things.
I have heard of problems with the dual mass flywheel, but I believe the petrol to be a standard flywheel. Could also be worth draining all the oil from the differential and the gearbox and topping up with correct grade & quantity

I would scan the vehicle to see if the vehicle has generated any fault codes from a potential fuel/igniting issue, failing that I would go down the route of checking the transmission side of things. Cv joints, mounts for the 4X4 system (if applicable) any kind of bushes/joints etc for play or clunking. Sometimes these can be very difficult to diagnose. I would need a little bit more information in order to point you in the correct direction.
